In December 2016, a cooperation agreement was reached with Want Want Group to construct the roofing and fire-fighting pool waterproofing project of Nanjing San Want Hotel.
        The fire-fighting pool is located on the third floor of the underground. The water pressure is high and the construction is very difficult. If the ordinary waterproof coating is used, it only can last for about 2 years. Water leakage will occur and the long-term use cannot be guaranteed.
        According to the customer’s introduction, the multi-layer waterproofing has been done onto the top roof floor’s surface many times, but the effect is not obvious. After discussing with the customer, the floor can no longer bear more load. The traditional construction method must remove all the original waterproof coating and the layers of the tiles and cement layers to recoat the waterproof layer. This makes the construction difficult and costly. According to previous experience, the waterproof effect years will not be long.
We recommend using our waterproof material to spray waterproof coating on the surface of existing tiles. After testing, our company has high waterproof coating and long-lasting waterproof effect to meet customer needs. At the end, the hotel approved our plan and used our products.
        The fire pool was completed in May 2017, with excellent waterproofing and 100% customer satisfaction. The construction of the top floor is under construction, and the construction site fully meets the HSE standard. The customer regards it as the benchmarking project on site, with 100% satisfaction.
